WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DINE AROUND TOWN RESTAURANT PARTNER
Scope: Provide healthy and well-balanced meals to our older adults at your restaurant
How it works:
- Work with our Register Dietitian to create senior menu - similar to the foods you already serve
- Designate a flat rate for items on a senior menu and get reimbursed for each meal
- Use our electronic system to track meals each day
- Receive payment for all meals at the end of the month
- Begin providing meals to our program participants - we have 140 of program participants
Requirements
- Each meal must include protein, vegetables, grains/starch, fruit and dairy product
- Your restaurant must be located in Yuba or Sutter County
- Locally owned and operated
- Willing to tailor your menu for our older adults
- issue monthly invoice for all the meals served to our program participants
