Program Eligibility
Dine Around Town program is for individuals who are:
- 60 years of age or older; or
- any age and the spouse of an eligible program participant; or
- any age and have a disability and live with an eligible program participant and attend the nutrition venue with that eligible program participant;
AND
- in need of food assistance, socialization, and other program-related support**
**Note: Program acceptance is based on eligibility criteria AND program prioritization
Program Prioritization
Dine Around Town program usually has a waitlist. Because of high interest in the program, we established a prioritization process to assure individuals struggling with food insecurity, social isolation, nutrition risks, multiple chronic diseases, risks for falls and other program-related issues have priority for receiving DAT meals.
Enrollment Process
Individuals interested in I in DAT must complete new enrollment process documents every 6-months. The enrollment period process takes place in May/June for program participation between July 1st and December 31st, and in October/November for program participation between January 1st and June 30th. Feel free to contact us outside of the enrollment process to see if any program spots are available.
